Is that dust, or just grainy photography? Because if that's dust, I'm going to be so angry. If you aren't going to drive your Veyron, at least keep it clean.

It's not dirt from driving either, since it looks like the cleanest part is right behind the wheels.

I guess it's the way you took the picture, but it looks much lower and sleeker in this image, I like it. Typically "lambos" look more upright to me, I guess its the horseshoe grille that gives it verticality visually (to me anyway) in most images.
